Air New Zealand Kids at Christmas Charity Auction
As a successful bidder Air New Zealand may ask you for your details and photographs for promotional and media purposes. Provision of such details and/or photographs by you is deemed consent for Air New Zealand to use such details and/or photographs for promotional and media purposes without further reference or payment. Please refer to Air New Zealand's Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information.
Neither Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this charity auction shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this auction and/or use of any items offered.
Where Air New Zealand does not itself provide the whole or any part of an auction item the standard of accommodation, facilities and/or other services included in such item are based on various factors, which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class, however, Air New Zealand makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the provision of any service of which we are not the supplier. Air New Zealand does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any supplier in connection with your use of the item pursuant to a contract between them and you (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct or exclusive control. Where for any reason, Air New Zealand or a supplier is unable to provide particular facilities or services, Air New Zealand or the supplier (as the case may be) is entitled to substitute comparable or equivalent facilities or services without incurring any liability to you. You agree that your sole recourse with respect to services provided by the supplier shall be against the supplier concerned.
The resale of any item (or attempt) is strictly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, no item shall be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes without the prior written authorisation of Air New Zealand.
Special Conditions applicable where item includes flights:
All flights are on Air New Zealand operated services (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to seat availability at the time of booking. Close outs may apply. Additional costs including (without limitation) airport transfers, taxes, food and beverages, insurance and accommodation are the responsibility of the successful bidder (unless specified in the auction item). All flights are non-refundable. Flights may only be transferred once prior to booking. Once booking is completed, flights are not transferable and no changes are permitted. All Bookings must be confirmed by 28 Feb 2010 and unless otherwise specified in the auction item, travel completed by 01 Dec 2010. Airpoints Dollars™ and Status Points will not be accrued on any flights. Air New Zealand Conditions of Carriage and Sella terms and conditions apply.
Where flights are provided by other carriers, the Conditions of Carriage of the operating carrier shall apply.
