We are a young married couple looking for a boarder for our spare room. Rent includes sky power, phone and wireless internet. We live in a very quiet and private street and are very friendly people who are easy to get along with. House has a large deck with small grassed lawn, lovely in the summer. Food is not included in the rent and it is preferred to do cooking and shopping separately…
