Still as new. Purchased these about 4 yrs ago for my wife. She as used them on 5-6 occasions but could not adapt to them for health reasons. They cost $6500 from Bay Audiology, so there is a massive saving for any buyer. I am sure that they could be adapted to suit the user, but would suggest that enquiries with Bay Audiology be advisable…
