Majolica Leaf Moulded Dish

This majolica dish has the design of a leaf moulded in relief on it. The makers mark "W" has been hand-painted on the base. The soft gold ground on the underside sets off the green, brown, yellow and cream leaf shape on the upper side, which has been highly glazed over.
