Placing, Receiving and Managing feedback
Feedback is a system to help potential buyers know if they can trust a seller.
Placing feedback
After a transaction has been completed you will be prompted to place feedback on the other party. You place feedback from your profile area - there is a button on the right beside the item you won/sold.
The feedback process allows you to select one of three ratings (positive
, neutral
, negative
), and place a short comment.
We recommend you make it a short yet meaningful comment, as these really do help others decide whether to interact with this party.
Receiving feedback
When someone places feedback on you sella will let you know with an alert email, so you can login and have a look.
We recommend you answer this feedback. However if you feel the feedback is wrong or uncalled for then please contact the other party to discuss.
Managing feedback
Feedback can be altered up to 14 days after it was first placed (or a response was added) allowing someone to alter a negative feedback to a positive one, should action have been taken to correct the negative issue. You can find your feedback in your My Sella feedback section.
After the 14 day period feedback will be locked and can no longer be edited.
