Problems logging in?

If you are having problems logging in, try one of the following:

Incorrect email or password:
If you have entered the wrong email address or password combination a message will appear at at the top of the page saying "Sorry, your username or password seems to be incorrect. Please try again."

Passwords are case sensitive, please make sure caps lock is turned off. If you are having trouble remembering your password enter your email address here and we'll send you a Password Reset email.

Membership not enabled / Confirmation email not received:
When you first registered with sella we sent you an email asking you to enable your account, some email clients and accounts may mark these as junk or spam. 

To ensure sella emails and alerts arrive, we recommend that you add sella@sella.co.nz to your address book. This will let your email program know that you trust emails from us.

Cookies are not enabled in your browser"
If your browser doesn't have cookies enabled you will be unable to login.

The information below will show you how to make sure cookies are enabled in your browser:

Browser Where to find menu options
Internet Explorer 6 and above Tools / Internet Options / Security > Click "Default Level"
Firefox Tools / Options / Privacy > Tick "Accept cookies from sites"
Safari Edit / Preferences / Security > Under "Accept cookies", select "Only from sites I visit"
Chrome (Windows) Click the spanner icon in the top right / Options / Under the hood > Under "Cookie Settings", select "Only from sites I visit"
Chrome (Mac) Hold "command" and press "," / Under the hood > Under "Cookie Settings", select "Only from sites I visit"
