Finding the seller's details & feedback

When you are looking to purchase an item on sella it helps to know a little about who you are buying from.

By clicking on the name of a seller you can see their profile, which will give you the chance to learn a little more. You can see their feedback, their other auctions and if they are a store you will be linked to their business details so you can learn more about their business.

A seller's feedback is a great way to find out if this person is trustworthy by letting you see what other people have to say about their transaction. After every transaction we encourage our sellers and buyers to place feedback.

You should also look at the number of verifications that a seller has.  That is mobile phone, credit card and address verification. The more verifications, the more trustworthy a seller or buyer is.
