Fixed Price Offer

When the auction closes, sellers can offer the item to any users who have bid on the item or added the auction to their watchlist. 

The conditions of the auction do not change e.g. description, shipping details etc.  Buyers cannot ask any further questions at this stage either.

Once a seller offers a fixed price the watchers/bidders will receive an email notifying them.  They can then log in to the site and make their decision.

For buyers once a listing that they have bid on or have had on their watchlist closes they can request an offer or a relist. This can be done from the closed queue or the auction itself.

For sellers with auto-relist on their listings you will be emailed to alert you that you can offer the item and will then have 24hours, from the close time, to make the offer or the item will be relisted.
