Removing accidental bids from buyers

We all know it happens, an accidental bid is placed by a potential buyer.

Buyers can request that a bid be removed by contacting you through the questions and answers area of the listing.

To remove the bid, simply click the remove bid icon from beside the bid.

If a buyer is constantly asking you to remove bids from your auctions you should contact customer support, or add this user to your blacklist to prevent them from participating in your auctions in the future.
