Sold! What happens now?
Congratulations, you've successfully sold the item. So, what happens now?
Contacting the Buyer
Sella.co.nz will send you an email letting you know that you have successfully sold your item. Contained within this email will be the steps you need to follow to complete the process.
You will need to contact the buyer and arrange payment and shipping for your item. This is usually a straight forward process. The buyer will also be attempting to contact you to arrange payment and pickup.
We recommend you discuss with the buyer how they would like to you organise delivery. Should the item be small enough, many buyers will simply ask you to post the item. A buyer may ask you to courier the item. You should discuss with them the cost of this and include that in the fees they will pay you.
Completing the sale
Once you have been paid by the buyer, and the item dispatched, you can place feedback for the buyer. Should you have an issue with payment we recommend you contact the buyer immediately.
