The NZ Police have a great section on their website that explains the Second Hand Dealers & Pawnbrokers legislation. sella recommends that you should read through their site if you selling items on sella.

sella's customer service team will moderate all listings, comments and feedback listed on our site. We will work with any law enforcement agency to reduce and remove listings for stolen property.

If you suspect a listing to be of stolen property contact the Police, and report the listing to our customer service team.
