Delivery Times
We endeavor to ship all orders the same day we receive payment. Please provide your PHYSICAL address and land line phone number. Most freight is done through FASTWAY Couriers who will not deliver to PO BOXES. Please email us if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times below:

1-2 working days within the North Island

2-3 working days to the South Island

2-5 working days rural delivery & within outer islands (ie: Stewart Island, Waiheke Island etc).

We also ship to Australia. Please inquire for postal rates.


Track and Trace
Track and trace service is available on all parcels - www.fastway.co.nz - we will provide you with your tracking number if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times above. Please email us to receive this.

Pick up items must be paid by bank deposit, cash or "Pay Now". NO CHEQUES please.

If you have purchased bedding and the colour is critical to you, please understand the colour you see on your computer screen depends on your screen settings.

Refund Policy

1. We are not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase or it is not as you expected or imagined which includes colour. Please note: the colour you see on your screen depends on your screen settings. So please choose carefully.
2. Refunds will not be offered if the item has been used.
3. Original Postage / Courier Charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will only be available if the item can not be repaired or replaced. Items should be unused and in original packaging.
