All prices include GST and are stated in New Zealand Currency.

The winning bid will be the highest eligible bid registered at the end of the auction and meets the relevant terms and conditions. Sella is entitled to deem any bidder ineligible for any reason at its discretion (either during or after the auction). If you are the winner of the auction and we deem you to be ineligible prior to your campaign starting all money paid will be refunded.

If Sella is unable to contact the winner within 48 hours of closure of the auction, there is a problem with payment or Sella considers that the winning bidder is not eligible to advertise across the site (or for any other reason), Sella will be entitled in their discretion to offer the Sella Advertising Reach product to the next highest bidder or to re-auction it or dispose of it by any other means.

As Per Refund and Return Policies, the advertising impressions can be started up to 2 months after the auction has been sold. Once the campaign has been started the impressions will be set to deliver of the period of 1 month.

Please allow for 1 and half weeks for the creation of the advertising creative. The lead time begins from when you send through the required information and images as per requested by Sella.

If the advertiser does not have any advertising creative then the creative is produced at no additional cost to the advertiser. However the following rules apply:

- Completion and return of advertising brief to Sella
- 1 Creative ad unit per auction
- Static Ad (unless otherwise agreed between Sella and advertiser)
- 40 Kb limit
- 2 creative changes to the ad

These advertising impressions sold in the Sella Advertising Reach store are valid for up to 2 months after the auction has been bought. If the advertising impressions are not started within the 2 month period then they will become invalid


Products cannot be transferred or sold to any other person and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
