We ship all orders on the same day that payment is received and cleared.
Estimated delivery time

Auckland region : 1 – 2 business days after leaving our warehouse
Rest of North Island : 1 – 3 business days after leaving our warehouse
South Island : 2 – 3 business days after leaving our warehouse
Rural areas : Add one extra day to the above estimates
Note: Please provide a full and accurate delivery address to avoid delays

We charge a flat rate of $5 to deliver anywhere within NZ (no extra charge for rural)
Combined Shipping ?

In many cases we can ship multiple purchases to the same delivery address for the same flat rate of $5 – please ask first (and identify which multiple purchases you require)
Who do we use for delivery ?

We use CourierPost and NZ Couriers as our primary courier companies. In some areas, your order may be sub-contracted to another courier company if CourierPost or NZ Couriers do not provide coverage to your area.
How secure is delivery ?

All orders are delivered by signature required “track and trace” courier. This ensures maximum security for you and us – as the package must be signed for, and is insured.
Can we deliver to a PO Box ?

Unfortunately, no – all courier deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery, which can not be obtained by a courier when delivering to a PO Box.
Can we deliver to an address outside of New Zealand ?

Yes, in some cases. We may be able to deliver to Australia and many of the Pacific Islands – but it depends on the product. Please ask first on the specific product. If we are able to deliver to the overseas address, we will advise the shipping costs and the estimated delivery time.
Returns Policy
1. Please choose carefully. Please ask questions before buying. We are under no obligation to refund your purchase if you “change your mind”, or you have purchased the wrong product. However, we will always try to resolve any problems – and exchange your purchase (where possible).
2. If we choose to refund or exchange your purchase, you must first return the original purchase to us in the same condition that we shipped your purchase (unopened and sealed packaging).
3. If we choose to refund or exchange your purchase, we may elect to charge a restocking fee of $15 or 15% of the purchase price (whichever is greater), to cover our expenses.
4. Faulty products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Products damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced at our cost.
6. Software will only be refunded or exchanged if the original shrink-wrap seal is unbroken.
7. Where we have authorised a return (for refund or exchange), we will provide a “Returns Authorisation Number”, which must be included with any correspondence and included on the returned package.
Warranty Policy
We do not parallel-import our products, and therefore all our products are covered by the full manufacturer’s warranty.
