Payments Policy
Contact must be made within 3 working days to ensure you product is not relisted.
If this is not recieved an email will be sent to you, if there is no reply within 24 hours your item will be relisted and feedback placed.
Payment must be made within 5 working days (unless prior arrangement has been made)

Delivery Policy
Your products will be recieved at your door between 2-14 working days after payment has cleared.
95% of products will be recieved at your door within 7 working days afteryour payment has cleared.
Shipping costs include insurance & tracking number.
You will recieve an email containing your tracking number as soon as it is in the delivery system.
Refund Policy
We want to be as fair as possible to our customers and designers. We will do our best to make sure your order is right.
In the event this is just not possible, the following rules will apply:
If the Order is cancelled within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued immediately.
If the Order is cancelled after the arrangement is built, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
If the Order is cancelled after the arrangement is built, and shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee, plus there will be no refund on the shipping charges.
Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition within three days of receipt.
There are no refunds for "Sale Items", "One of a Kind", or Custom Orders.
